Biotin has been shown to help strengthen brittle nails, allowing them to grow.”

To gain your nutrition, Bailey suggests selecting actual, vitamin-rich meals. “A balanced diet is your best chance, and if you still feel like you need an additional push, a daily multivitamin should be all you need to receive the correct amount of biotin for strong nails,” she explains. “Since biotin is water-soluble, which means your body excretes what it doesn’t need, larger quantities are usually OK to take,” she adds. “But, it doesn’t imply you should go out and take enormous dosages of biotin since your body won’t be able to utilize it all.”
